Game Tickets:
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, your order is final and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted should you change your mind or are unable to attend the game(s). Should the game be cancelled or rescheduled, a refund or replacement ticket will be made available at the purchaser’s request.
NZIHF National Team Jerseys – Brand New Items:
All brand new NZIHF National Team jerseys are ordered directly from the official IIHF supplier, Tackla, based in Europe. This means that there is a 6-9 week wait to receive your jersey from the time you place your order with us.
When your jersey arrives in New Zealand, we will process your order and dispatch it to you. At this point, we will provide a shipping update to you via the email address you used in your order.
Refund / Cancellation Policy – Brand New Items:
Once you have submitted and paid for your order, your order is final and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted for brand new items. This is because once your order is received at our end, we place an order with our supplier at which point we incur costs which cannot be refunded or cancelled.
NZIHF National Team Jerseys – Game Worn Items:
Game worn items are shipped from our Auckland based office and will be delivered to you within 7-10 days of us receiving your order. Due to the nature of being game worn, you should expect some marks and possibly pulling in places on the jersey(s) you purchase. If you would like a photo of a specific jersey before ordering, please email [email protected].
Refund / Cancellation Policy – Game Worn Items:
We have a limited 14 day returns policy for game worn items. The item must be in the same condition as when it was sold to you, and you are responsible for return shipping to the NZIHF. If you would like to request a refund/cancellation, please email [email protected].
Payment Method:
All payments are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and are processed through our secure credit card payment gateway, provided by Stripe. We do not hold or store any credit card information at any time.
International Orders:
International orders will be considered on a case by case basis, due to the complexities of international freight. Please email us at [email protected] to request a shipping quote. All orders must be shipped to a physical address (PO boxes are not permitted)
Health & Safety:
Ice hockey is a dangerous sport, and while we do everything we can to ensure spectator safety, there may still be an element of risk by attending an ice hockey game. Such risks can include, but are not limited to, ice hockey pucks flying over or through the spectator stands protective netting. By attending an ice hockey game, you agree to waive all liability against injury and/or death to the New Zealand Ice Hockey Federation and all associated parties.
