Are seated tickets numbered/can I choose a specific seat?
No – All seated tickets are “General Admission”, with seats taken on a first come first served basis. When do games start?
The “Game Start” time listed on the event page/your ticket information is when the 1st period starts.
Pre-game warm-up will start shortly after the listed “Doors Open” time for each event, 40 minutes before game start.

How long does the game run for?
Each game typically runs for around 2 hours. The game is played across three 20-minute periods, with two 20-minute intermissions between periods 1 & 2 and 2 & 3. This gives you plenty of time to grab more food and drinks at the onsite cafe/restaurant without missing any of the action.
